Boot Camps:

Boot camp classes are structured as a “Go at Your Own Pace –with a little Prodding” class. Utilizing traditional body weight exercises, as well as exercises favored by the military, collegiate athletes, and professional athletes, our boot camps will challenge you to be the best you can be.
Group Kettlebell Classes:
Our kettlebell classes follow the Hard Style philosophy while using the kettlebell as the primary tool for fitness and conditioning. In addition to kettlebells, we use bodyweight drills such as pull-ups, pushups, squats and burpees to give a full body workout.
Classes are structured so novice kettlebell users can train alongside advanced giriviks. Basic kettlebell exercises are stressed, and advanced programs are added for those who are able to move ahead.
Early morning kettlebell classes generally run 30-40 minutes, giving students ample time to get off to work. Evening classes run 45-minuted to an hour in length.
NEW! Kettlebell Basic Express
5:30-6:00 PM Monday-Friday
This 30 minute class is structured for beginning students to learn basic kettlebell exercises, while advanced students can focus on refining their technique.
This class is not a workout, but a structured lesson.
Personal Training:
For those who want more specific training, personal training programs are an ideal way to help you meet your goals. Sessions range from 30- to 60-minutes, and will target your individual needs. Private and semi-private sessions are available at times that are based on your schedule.
Speed and Agility:
Athletes of all ages have improved their speed and agility through my programs. Basic running and footwork instruction will quicken your game, no matter what your sport. Individual quickness programs, as well as group speed camps are regularly offered.
Athletic Conditioning:

Team, small group, and individual sessions are available to help with athletic performance. Whether you are trying to build strength for football, speed for soccer, or balance for ice hockey, these programs are designed with your specific sport in mind.
